Sweet and sour Crispy Fish
Ingredients: fresh fish, vegetable oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, scallion, ginger rice, garlic paste, starch
Methods: 1. Cut the fish on both sides with scallion, ginger, salt, cooking wine and pepper, then take out the green onion and ginger, and beat them with starch.
2. When the oil is heated to 70%, fry the fish in the pan and take it out. When the oil is heated to 80%, fry the fish again until crispy.
3. Leave oil in the bottom of the pot, add onion, ginger rice, garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, pepper, monosodium glutamate, sugar and vinegar to thicken. Pour in hot oil and pour the sauce on the fish.
