Fried bean curd

Method 1. Soak the tofu in salted water for 5 minutes.

2. Cut the bean curd into pieces, which can be thicker.

3. Put soy sauce, oyster sauce and scallion in the bowl.

4. Prepare starch. Dip the tofu with starch before frying it for a while.

5. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the tofu for two years.
