Braised duck in brown sauce

Ingredients: half duck, cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, soy sauce, large ingredients (star anise), some cinnamon, 5 garlic, dried red pepper, ginger, oil, onion, green pepper, red pepper each.

Methods: 1. Chop the duck into pieces, add a little oil in the pan, pour the duck and ginger into the oil pan, fry for about 3 minutes.

2. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and garlic, add a little soy sauce, continue to stir fry for a while, then add 2 spoons of low alcohol liquor, stir fry a little, and then add water, the water is slightly higher than duck, cover the pot.

3. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes, then the meat is rotten.
