Spicy shredded kelp

Ingredients: one kelp, two spoonfuls of chopped chili, two teaspoons of aged vinegar, appropriate amount of sugar, ginger, two spoons of soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper

Methods:

1. Wash and shred kelp. Pepper, garlic, ginger, chopped. Marinate chopped garlic and ginger with a little salt and soy sauce.

2. Put the shredded kelp into a pot and boil it with water. After cooking, remove, rinse with clean water and drain. Put oil in the pan, saute the pickled ginger and garlic with oil until fragrant.

3. Add raw soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, mix well, add garlic and ginger to the kelp, and then serve.
