Kung Pao shrimp balls
Materials: shrimp ball 300g peanuts a small handful of red pepper a small onion a garlic 3 petals egg white half oil starch pepper Pixian bean paste sugar vinegar salt
Wash shrimp balls, fry peanuts and remove red skin. Cut scallion, garlic and red pepper
Marinate shrimp balls with half egg white and a little starch for 5 minutes
Add oil in the pan and heat to 50% heat. Pour the shrimp balls into the skillet until cooked. Control the oil and remove
Leave the bottom oil in the pan, fry the pepper until fragrant, remove it, and then add the garlic slices to saute
Add a little Pixian bean paste and stir fry the red oil
Add the chives and red peppers and stir fry
Pour in vinegar, sugar, salt and chicken essence
Pour in the sliced shrimp balls
Stir fry, add peanuts together, mix well, then take out the pot.
