Eggplant box with mashed potatoes
Materials: potato, eggplant, flour, minced meat, black pepper, salt and pepper
Methods: 1. Wash eggplant, cut into two pieces into a group, do not cut between.
2. Heat the oil and stir fry the minced meat with a little salt; Wash and steam potatoes, peel and mash with salt and black pepper
3. Mix mashed potatoes and stir fried minced meat, then fill in eggplant.
