Fish flavored tofu

Materials: tofu, agaric, carrot, scallion, tomato sauce;

1. First cut the tofu into 2 cm square pieces and soak them in light salt water for 10 minutes (to prevent frying for a while);

2. Soak and shred Auricularia auricula, shred carrot, chopped shallot and garlic;

3.2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 spoons tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons water and 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and mix them into juice for use;

4. Drain the water from the salted water, heat the oil in a hot pot, add the garlic powder to stir fry, add carrot and agaric to stir fry. When you hear the ear popping, stir fry the tofu until it is golden yellow. Put the mixed juice on a low heat and gulp it. Put a spoonful of salt. Turn off the heat after the soup is thick, and sprinkle the scallion on the pan;
