for many parents, it is not easy to judge whether their child has allergic constitution, but it can be judged from the following aspects:

● if a child has eczema on his skin when he is young and often has itchy pimples on his body, he may have allergic constitution;

● often rub your eyes, pick your nose, runny nose and sneeze. Continuous sneezing is a more obvious symptom;

● children have blue eye circles;

● have red eyebrows when crying;

● sweating, hyperactivity, night terrors, easy to catch a cold;

● children cough after running or laughing;

● children are often prone to sweating after sleeping for half an hour to two hours at night;

● children are reluctant to walk when walking or climbing stairs, because they are prone to asthma and are always held by people.

● family history. If parents or siblings have a history of allergies, the probability of allergies in children will be much higher.
