1. Prevent dry lines and cracks

2. Prevent acne

your skin will fall off like scales every few days to prevent the growth of the body.

use sponge gourd pulp or Sugar Scrub (milder than salt) to remove the cuticle that may block pores and cause acne.

3. Stretching

this is not recommended that you take all yoga classes while taking a bath, because it is unsafe and will waste a ton of water.

but stretching your back for a few minutes can release the tension of your mind and muscles. Open your legs, do a squat, put your hands together, put them in front of you, and shower your back with warm water.

because hot water is very effective for tense or sore muscles, it will make this stretching exercise more effective.

4. Eliminate nasal congestion

bathing your body with hot water will only help you avoid the infection of cold or sinusitis, but if you are already infected, use a nose washing pot when bathing.

breathe in steam for five minutes, then put salt in the nose washing pot and water in the shower head – have the perfect temperature.
