Dry fried salted fish
Methods: 1. Wash the Spanish mackerel, remove the dirt and head, cut it into three pieces, scratch the surface with a knife, spread salt on it, and refrigerate for a day.
2. Dry the marinated fish and fry in oil pan. Until both sides are golden.
3. Cut ginger, garlic and red pepper. Use the remaining oil of fried fish, add ginger, dried red pepper and garlic to stir fry.
4. Add fried Spanish mackerel. Put two spoonfuls of steamed fish and soy sauce in a bowl, add proper amount of water and set aside.
5. Three times in the pot in the bowl of good juice, until the soup is collected out of the pot.
