Steamed chicken with water
Ingredients: 1 chicken, 80g fresh ginger, 80g ginger, 3tsp sea salt
Methods: 1. Wash and drain the chicken, pay attention not to break the chicken belly, empty the chicken tail, and clean the blood clot and trachea;
2. Rub the chicken from the inside out with a teaspoon of salt;
3. Be sure to rub evenly, slowly rub for five minutes;
4. Smash ginger and fresh ginger into coarse grains, add 1 teaspoon salt and stir well;
5. Put the mixed salt and ginger from the tail of the chicken into the chicken stomach and let it stand for an hour;
6. Put the pickled chicken into the baking pan and steam for 30 minutes in the steamer. If the chicken is steamed in a pot, steam it for 25 minutes;
7. Steam the chicken with heat insulation gloves and plastic gloves, while hot tear, set the plate, drizzle the bottom of the dish chicken juice, garnish with coriander.
